How we ship ordinary homeware accents and how to return them if they are not right.

Where we ship
We currently ship physical accents within the United Kingdom.
Delivery times and cost
- Standard UK delivery: 3–5 working days.
- Standard shipping is a flat £4.95, free on accent orders over £60.
- Orders are dispatched once payment has cleared.
Order processing
Checkout is currently payment provider pending. Accent orders will be processed and dispatched once our payment provider is connected. Until then you can plan your accent list and save your board.
Returns
- You have 14 days from delivery to start a return under UK consumer law.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
How to return an item
Email support@aiwesome.shop with your order reference to start a return. We will confirm the return address and next steps. Refunds for returned items follow our Refund Policy.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an accent arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.
